By accessing and using PrintGrid ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Tool.
PrintGrid is a free, client-side web application that allows users to arrange images on A4 sheets and generate printable layouts. All image processing occurs entirely within your web browser. No data is uploaded to any server.
PrintGrid is provided free of charge. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without prior notice.
The Tool may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other third-party advertising networks. These ads help support the continued availability of the Tool at no cost to you. Ad content is managed by third-party providers and is not endorsed by PrintGrid.
You agree that:
The Tool's source code, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your images remain entirely yours — PrintGrid does not claim any ownership or license to the images you process, as they never leave your device.
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintGrid and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or wasted materials resulting from your use of the Tool.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
